MTX Audio has kicked off a video commercial contest for amateur and professional videographers to create their own original MTX commercial to be posted and viewed throughout the internet and on www.mtx.com.

MTX Audio's "Show us Yours, We'll Show you ours Commercial Contest" allows you to produce your own MTX commercial for people around the world to see. A Grand Prize is to be awarded to the enthusiast who submits the video that receives the most positive votes according to the requirements of the contest. Winners will be chosen by votes from anyone visiting www.mtx.com where the videos will be posted after confirmed compliance of the criteria. All users may submit videos from any of the following third party websites: Google Video, YouTube, MySpaceTV, Yahoo! Video, Photobucket, Dailymotion, Metacafe, Blip.tv, and Crackle.

Every submission has 30 days (from the time of approved submission) to be judged based on content, initiative, and MTX representation. Every entrant will receive a complimentary MTX Audio windshield decal for their submission and there are six different levels of prizes for the contest (see official rules for details):

Grand Prize: (1) winner will receive a complete MTX system consisting of (1) JH4512X2D Dual 12-inch enclosure, (2) pairs of MTX Thunder Dome-Axials, (1) JH600 Jackhammer 600watt Class D amplifier, (1) JH404 Jackhammer 4-channel amplifier

First Prize: (1) winner will receive a Sony DCR-SR62 30GB Hard Disc Drive Handycam Camcorder

Second Prize: (5) winners will receive a MTX iThunder portable iPod Boombox (Available: Black, White, and Pink)

Third Prize: (10) winners will receive an official MTX MMA Fight Team Hoodie

Fourth Prize: (25) winners will receive an official MTX MMA Fight Team T-Shirt

Fifth Prize: (100) winners will receive (1) MTX Audio T-Shirt

Total combined value of all prizes awarded is $4,500.00. The contest will run until September 1, 2008. At the conclusion of the contest, a winners list will be available at www.mtx.com/contests/winners
