In addition to fully damping the entire vehicle, the installers took special care with the doors. Two layers of Hushmat smother the outside skin and one blankets the inside. To mount the Focal 165K3 components, they crafted 111/42" MDF baffles. Serious hardware for a serious demo car, T-nuts and 10/24 Allen head bolts mount the 3-ways securely.
By modifying the original door panel with ABS plastic, everything fit seamlessly. A suede-wrapped panel and exterior-matched paint finish the doors off.
