The factory rear deck was cut out completely and a new one was fabricated out of 31/48" steel bracing. A sealed 2.25ft3 enclosure hosts the dual subs, which are flush-mounted in the rear deck with a fiberglass deck panel. The rear-facing wall of the enclosure is made of 31/44" acrylic and lit up with red LED lighting.
Five amps located in the trunk power this install, all arranged on a semicircle amprack made of 11/42" MDF and fiberglass. A single 4-channel Premier PRS-D4100F powers the center channel speakers, while dual PRS-D2100T amps drive the front and rear components. Finally, a pair of PRS-D110M power the dual 12" subs. For a touch of style, the team took each amp apart and swapped the blue turn-on indicators for red.
Sharing rear deck space with the dual 12" subs are Premier TS-C520PRS 5.25" components, each mounted in a fiberglass enclosure.
