We plan to showcase Dave Rivera's fantastic BelAir in our May CES issue, but here are some teaser snapshots from the show. It incorporates a lot of Kenwood technology while retaining a classic car feel. Check out the motorized (and original) BelAir logo that contains not only an iPod but the controls for the hidden Xbox 360.

Kenwood also showed their new DNX 8120 double-DIN that has just about everything. The nifty 13-band EQ allows you to make changes by merely brushing your finger over the screen. We should see this product out in March.

Smaller amps, speakers with only 1.5" mounting depth (the KR-S17P) and mobile TV which will be on the market sometime next year also caught our eye. This technology comes courtesy of an LG chipset and will probably be in handhelds sometime next year as well. Can't wait till next CES!

LG showed some more products that we won't see for a while. How about a watch/mobile phone?

Another prototype (but one that will probably come to market this year) is Clarion's MiND. This Mobile Internet Navigation Device will be used like a tablet PC, but will have a docking station for the car, probably right on top of the dash. It will provide navigation, an internet browser, media player and more.

Clarion also showed the premium MAX685BT source unit and a new portable nav, the EZD580. More on these hot products to come in our CES issue (on newsstands in late March)!
