Amps
When it came to the amps, two Crossfire XP720's were chosen the front and rear stage, with both installed in the backseat. A Crossfire XP1400, used to power the subs, was installed in the trunk. "All amplifiers were hard wired internally so that no power, ground, remote turn-on, or speaker wires were visible," says Strickland. The arrangement resulted in a total system wattage of 3560 at 4 ohms.
Head Unit
A Kenwood DDX6019 head unit acts as the source for all of the vehicle's monitors including its own 7" LCD control center. The unit plays DVDs and has a Sirius satellite radio receiver. A Dead Zone Technologies 1:3 custom-made line driver was installed to boost the unit's signal.
Monitors
Four Bravo View 7" LCD monitors were installed in the trunk lid using a custom fiberglass pod. Another monitor was installed in each rear door, also in a custom pod.
