Black Eyed Peas Civic Giveaway
This year's Honda Civic Tour has not only brought fans light-on-your-wallet performances by the Black Eyed Peas, but also the opportunity to win a new Civic Hybrid custom designed by the group. The fuel-efficient Honda is no monkey business, despite BEP's most current album name curling across the rear bumper and the simian logo splashed on the hood and headrests. Alpine Electronics provided all the ICE gear starting with their IVA-D310 DVD mobile multimedia station. For the lucky winner, this command center with its flip-out 7-inch monitor will access the navigation system, XM Radio and iPod. Bringing the bass: two Type-S 10" subwoofers pound from enclosures melded into the walls of the trunk. Meanwhile, more Type-S speakers provide the highs and mids. The power for the 700-watt system flows from two V12 amps, mounted in the trunk behind a bent shield of acrylic. ICE isn't all this hybrid has to offer. Dragon Aftermarket Consulting (D.A.C.) smacked on lightweight Konig rims, Sprint Performance Suspension, a Borla exhaust tip, Dunlop Direzza rubber, and, last but not least, a Black Eyed Peas public address system that's perfect for hollering out at people on the street. For your chance to win this BEP-autographed Civic, visit www.hondacivictour.com and enter the contest by August 15.
